Recurring Storage Charges

Monthly, Weekly and Daily Storage Billing

Customize your storage billing in our Warehouse management software for your customers by choosing from monthly, weekly, or daily storage charges. Mix and match your storage billing offerings for special circumstances and charge customers accordingly. Use the "as of" date feature of our WMS system to start billing certain rates "as of" certain dates for promotional periods and rate hikes.

Create as many billing variations as needed in our WMS software, including distinctions between monthly cooler storage charges versus monthly freezer storage charges and so forth. Add custom storage rates per customer to further customize your billing or use a globally defined rate.

Monthly on the First Billing

Another billing option our WMS Software has for recurring storage is to bill monthly on the first of every month. If pallets stay in for less than 15 days, then half the normal monthly storage charge will be billed. If pallets stay in for over 15 days, then the full storage charge will be billed regardless of meeting that full month storage.

Grace Period

Our Putaway creation process in our WMS ERP software has been further enhanced to better meet the needs of our growing customer base.

The Frozen Storage Industry or Cold Storage Industry has many unique requirements that many other types of storage facilities do not need to take into account. Some offer services specific to clearing product that is being imported into their country of operation. Unlike your average storage facility, cold storage facilities must take many other factors into account when deciding all that will go into the operation of their business.

In the Food Storage Industry you would traditionally bill your customers for two things when you take in their inventory.

One is an Inbound Handling fee. The other is the First Month's Storage charge.

Our WMS software now allows it's users to take in your customers inventory with a Grace Period on the storage fee.

This allows your customer a certain number of days of processing, clearing, or pre-arranged activities to take place before issuing that first bill. The WMS software will then keep track of how many days have elapsed and automatically issue the first month's charge when appropriate.
